Terms of Service
By using HiringFleet, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using HiringFleet (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. The Service is operated by HiringFleet Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
2. Description of Service
HiringFleet is a technology platform providing visa-timeline tracking, AI-powered resume analysis, sponsor-database access, and outreach tools for international students. HiringFleet is not a law firm and does not provide legal, immigration, or employment advice. Features that rely on artificial intelligence (including resume analysis, job matching, and outreach drafting) produce automated output that may contain errors or omissions; you are responsible for reviewing and verifying such output before relying on it. See our AI Disclaimer.
3. Eligibility & Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- You consent to HiringFleet recording sign-in activity (IP address, user-agent, timestamp, method) for security purposes - to show recent activity in Settings, alert you to unfamiliar sign-ins, and operate rate-limit and lockout protections. Details and retention are in our Privacy Policy.
- You can export your data or delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion is protected by a 14-day recovery window, after which removal is permanent, as described in the Privacy Policy.
- If you access the Service from outside the United States, you are responsible for complying with your local laws.
4. Subscription & Payment
- Plans and billing. Paid plans are billed monthly or quarterly, as selected at checkout. Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes. All payments are processed securely through Stripe; we do not store your full card details.
- Automatic renewal. Paid plans are subscriptions that renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize us (through Stripe) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. The price, billing frequency, and renewal terms are disclosed before you complete your purchase.
- How to cancel. You may cancel at any time from your Account Settings; online cancellation is as simple as signing up. Access continues until the end of the current billing period, and no partial refunds are issued for unused time, except as required by law or under the Money-Back Guarantee below.
- Price changes. We may change pricing on a going-forward basis with at least 30 days' advance notice by email; changes apply to your next renewal.
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee. First-time subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of their initial purchase if the Service does not meet expectations. Email support@hiringfleet.com to request a refund. This guarantee applies once, to your first paid subscription. See the Refund Policy for details.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate applicable laws.
- Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service.
- Use automated bots or scrapers to access the Service without authorization, or harvest data about other users or third parties.
- Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or immigration/employment status to any employer or third party.
- Upload content that infringes others' intellectual property or privacy rights.
- When using our outreach tools: comply with all applicable anti-spam and email laws (including the US CAN-SPAM Act); contact only recipients you have a legitimate reason to contact; refrain from unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or bulk unsolicited messages; and honor opt-out and unsubscribe requests. You are solely responsible for the messages you send through the Service.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, algorithms, and technology within the Service are the intellectual property of HiringFleet Inc. You retain ownership of content you upload (such as resumes) and grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the Service to you. If you send us feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use them without obligation to you.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. HiringFleet does not guarantee employment, visa approval, sponsorship, or any specific outcome. Our sponsor database, AI tools, and job listings are informational aids, may contain inaccuracies or be out of date, and must not be relied upon as legal or immigration advice. Third-party services (such as Stripe, Google, and job-listing sources) are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them. Always consult your DSO or a qualified immigration attorney.
8. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HiringFleet Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid HiringFleet in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of the above may not apply to you; nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including, where applicable, liability for fraud or personal injury).
Governing law & venue. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You and HiringFleet submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or where required by law. On termination, your right to use the Service ends, and we will handle any remaining data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification) will continue to apply.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes we will update the “Updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email or in-app notice. Your continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and you may delete your account.

12. DMCA / Copyright
We respect intellectual-property rights. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice with the information required by the DMCA (17 U.S.C. §512) to our designated agent at support@hiringfleet.com, as described on our DMCA & Copyright page. We will respond to valid notices, including by removing infringing content and, where appropriate, terminating repeat infringers.
13. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates third-party services (including Stripe for payments, Google for optional email sending, and third-party job-listing sources). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services and do not endorse third-party job listings or employers.
14. Modifications and Availability of the Service
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation, except as required by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
15. Electronic Communications & Notices
By using the Service, you consent to receive communications from us electronically (email and in-app notices), and you agree that electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that a communication be in writing. We may give notice by email to the address on your account or by posting within the Service.
16. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless HiringFleet Inc. and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms or applicable law, or the messages you send using our outreach tools.
17. General
- Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
- Entire agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and HiringFleet regarding the Service.
- Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
- No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver.
- Force majeure. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
- No third-party beneficiaries. These Terms create no rights for anyone who is not a party.
18. Export Controls & Sanctions
You represent that you are not located in, or a national of, a country subject to comprehensive US sanctions, and that you are not on any US government restricted-party list. You agree not to use the Service in violation of US export-control or sanctions laws.
