DMCA & Copyright Policy
HiringFleet respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. This page explains how to report content you believe infringes your copyright, in line with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
1. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe content on HiringFleet infringes a copyright you own or control, send a written notice to our designated agent that includes:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner (or a person authorized to act on their behalf).
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail (such as a URL) for us to locate it.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
2. Designated Copyright Agent
Send DMCA notices to our designated agent at support@hiringfleet.com with the subject line “DMCA Notice”. Notices that do not include all of the elements above may not be valid.
3. Counter-Notice
If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address. It should identify the removed material and its prior location, include your contact information, and include a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake, along with your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court and your signature.
4. Repeat Infringers
In appropriate circumstances, HiringFleet will disable or terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. See our Terms of Service for more on acceptable use.
