Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with HiringFleet. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for paid subscriptions. It applies in addition to our Terms of Service.

1. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or quarterly, depending on the plan you choose) through our payment processor, Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel beforehand.

2. Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel at any time from your account settings. When you cancel:

  • Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
  • You are not charged again after the current period ends.
  • You keep access to paid features until the period you have already paid for is over.

3. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

New subscribers are covered by our risk-free 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied within 7 days of your initial purchase, email us and we will issue a full refund of that first payment, no questions asked. This applies to your first subscription purchase and not to subsequent renewals.

4. Refunds Outside the Guarantee Window

After the 7-day window, and for renewals, fees already paid are generally non-refundable because subscriptions provide ongoing access to digital services, except where required by law. That said, we review requests in good faith and may issue a refund in cases such as:

  • A duplicate or accidental charge, or a billing error on our side.
  • A renewal you contact us about promptly after it was charged and before you have meaningfully used the new period.
  • An extended service outage that prevented you from using features you paid for.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or ask a billing question, email support@hiringfleet.com from the email address on your account and include the approximate date and amount of the charge. We aim to respond within a few business days.

6. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or cancellation rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your country, state, or region. Where those laws give you stronger rights, those rights apply.
