What HiringFleet does (and what it does not)

HiringFleet is a career platform for international students in the US. It combines four things:

• Visa timeline tracking: your CPT, OPT, and H-1B milestones in one dashboard, computed from the dates you provide.
• A sponsor database: employers with a public record of H-1B sponsorship, built from publicly available filing data.
• AI resume and cover letter tools: ATS scoring, optimization suggestions, and tailored cover letter drafts.
• Outreach: AI-drafted recruiter emails that you review and send from your own Gmail account.

What it is not

HiringFleet is a technology platform, not a law firm, and nothing in the product is legal advice. We are not affiliated with USCIS or any government agency. Deadlines and rules shown in the app are planning aids: always confirm your specific situation with your university's Designated School Official (DSO) or a qualified immigration attorney.
