HiringFleet is built to give you explicit control over sensitive data and tracking.
Visa data consent: immigration details are stored only after you tick the consent checkbox in onboarding (or in your profile). We record when you consented and which policy version you saw.
Cookies: the cookie banner lets you accept or decline non-essential analytics. You can change your mind any time via the Cookie settings link in the footer.
Global Privacy Control: if your browser sends a GPC signal, we automatically treat it as a decline for analytics, no clicks needed.
What we never do: we do not sell your personal data, and sealed profile fields are excluded from AI prompts.
