What onboarding collects
Your program basics: school, degree, and graduation timeline, so your dashboard can compute the deadlines that matter to you.
Your target roles: the positions you want, which drive job matching and sponsor suggestions.
Visa details (optional, with your consent): immigration status is sensitive personal information, so HiringFleet only stores it after you tick the explicit consent checkbox on the visa step. You can skip it and add it later.
After onboarding
Everything you enter is editable later from your Job Search Profile in the dashboard. Nothing is locked in.
